I usually try to stay away from posting things about Taylor’s personal and love life but I thought that there could be an exception this one time. As many of you know, there have been rumors going around that Taylor and his girlfriend, Lady Gaga, are engaged.
“Chicago Fire” star Taylor Kinney blasted rumors that he and Lady Gaga are planning a wedding. “It’s news to me!” he told “Extra’s” A.J. Calloway during a recent set visit. “You probably know more about it than I do.”
Marriage rumors aside, Kinney would like to turn up the heat with his real-life flame by having her on the NBC drama as a guest star. A.J. suggested Kinney rescue his Lady love in the episode. “Yeah, we could do that,” Taylor said. “She’d have, like, fire-breathing breasts.”
Gaga has to first get back on her feet. Mother Monster has been on the mend since undergoing hip surgery. “She’s great, she’s doing well,” the 31-year-old Kinney revealed.
Kinney also dished on his character Lieutenant Kelly Severide having a baby with co-worker and roommate Lesley Shay.
“It changes every week because she’s nuts!” he said. “So it goes back and forth… I said I was in, so I’m waiting to hear back, and we’ll see.”
Check out “Chicago Fire” every Wednesday at 10 PM and the season finale on May 22.

One of NBC’s brightest new shows this season has been the firefighter drama Chicago Fire and ET Canada’s Erin Cebula traveled to the set of the sizzling series to speak with hunky stars Taylor Kinney and Jesse Spencer about the show and the constant attention they’re getting from obsessed female fans!
When asked about what it takes to stay in shape for the show — in which they’re sometimes shirtless — the two said that being on this type of show definitely makes it easier to keep fit without spending endless hours in the gym. “You get to the gym when you can, but a lot of it’s on the job,” Taylor said. “You’re running around for 12 hours with 70 pounds of gear on, so it’s a workout.”
The sexy stars from Chicago’s fictional Firehouse 51 acknowledge they’re getting a ton of attention from fans, but joked that they’re slowly learning to cope. “Yeah we have people following us around, and crowds and stuff,” Jesse said. Adds Taylor: “It’s a good thing.”
Watch the video for more from the set of Chicago Fire, which airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. on NBC, including the stars’ reaction to the newest member of the cast – a cute, furry friend named Pouch!

Taylor Kinney brings the heat in more ways than one on NBC’s Chicago Fire, playing first responder Kelly Severide. But at NBC’s Summer Press day in Pasadena, Calif, the 31-year-old actor admits that when faced with a real fire in his personal life, his instincts weren’t on par with his on-screen alterego.
“This was maybe four years ago—I was in San Diego with friends and we were watching a film in a small beach house, like a 1940s cottage,” says Taylor. “Someone was banging on the window saying, ‘Your house is on fire!’ We thought it was a homeless guy messing with us. He keeps saying, ‘No, your house is on fire!’ I go outside and sure enough the top of the house is full on engulfed in flames. So I ran back in and I yelled to my three buddies, ‘Guys, we’ve got to get the hell out of here. The house is on fire.’ They went out and saw it. It was bad.”
So how did Taylor, who also happens to beLady Gaga’s boyfriend (lucky girl!) handle the emergency situation?
“My first response to that, and this was before (working on Chicago Fire), but I don’t know if I would react any differently…your mind goes to instinctively get something because it’s the last time you’re in there,” he explains. “I grabbed a phone charger and an old record player that you could probably get for $20 at CVS. I was like, ‘Oh, I got stuff.’ Would I handle it different now? Probably.”
The actor admits if he found himself in a similar situaiton now, he might channel his Chicago Firecharacter and jump on the roof of a neighbor’s house with a hose to put out the flames.
No need for any real-life heroic action, Taylor. We’re happy just admiring your hotness!

EXCLUSIVE: Taylor Kinney is in talks to join the cast of The Other Woman, the film that Nick Cassavetes will direct for Fox. While talks are underway and they have to work around his schedule on his series Chicago Fire, I’m told that Kinney plans to join Cameron Diaz, Leslie Mann, Game Of Thrones‘ Nikolaj Coster Waldau and Kate Upton in the film. Julie Yorn is producing and Melissa Stack wrote the script, about two women in bed with the same guy who get mad he’s even more prolific and plot revenge. Kinney, an up and comer who was last seen playing one of the SEAL Team shooters in Zero Dark Thirty, is repped by Gersh and Principal Entertainment LA.

Mills finds himself the target of resentment from some colleagues when Severide supports his desire to join Squad. Tara, a paramedic candidate, joins Dawson and Shay on the job for a few shifts. Meanwhile, Shay comes to the aid of Cindy Herrmann, who suffers from pregnancy complications while her husband Christopher is out of town. Elsewhere, Dawson and Casey draw closer as the grand opening of Molly’s draws near, and Casey receives a surprise visit.
On CHICAGO FIRE, in its first season NBC Wednesdays at 10 PM, Chicago firefighter Kelly Severide is having quite a year. First he was feuding with fellow first responder Matthew Casey (Jesse Spencer) over who was responsible for the death of a friend and fellow first responder. Then Severide suffered a back injury, which he hid from the department. The secrecy and physical pain led to Severide getting addicted to drugs. Finally, he had experimental back surgery, and lately he’s engineered a reunion between his ex-fiancée and her brother.
In short, Severide’s been through a rough time. However, Taylor Kinney, the actor who plays Severide, Continue Reading
